Naturally KIDS is the manufacturer. Our team designs every product and carefully selects the factories and materials, with children's safety in mind.

Our backpacks and plush toys are made to comply with the US child safety standards ASTM F963-23, CPSIA and CSPA (Child Safety Protection Act).

Our kids' lamps comply with CPSIA and FCC requirements.

Our toys are intended for children aged 18 months and older. Backpack straps should be adjusted by an adult.

We ship only within the United States.

Standard shipping is free.

We process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 1–2 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. We don't ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
